Capacity building for UNICEF CR groups

Since 2007, Ideosync has been the technical support agency responsible for
the training and establishment of UNICEF supported community radio
stations in Lalitpur (UP), Shivpuri (MP), Koraput (Odisha) and Dibrugarh
(Assam). Ideosync has selected and trained the community teams in
scripting, planning and producing radio programmes; and designed the
studios and installed the equipment at all the locations. Lalit Lokvani, the
CRS in Lalitpur, went on air in September2010; followed by Radio Dhadkan,
the CRS in Shivpuri, in October 2010. The other two stations are likely to be

AASHA & the Innovative Approaches to RSH for Young
People project

In 2006, RCSHA supported Ideosync to train NGOs in Kanpur and Bhopal in
innovative approaches to discussing RSH with adolescents, using the
Growing Up/Badhte Hum/Time of Our Lives modules as a core around which
interventions could be developed. The training workshop process eventually
led to the creation of the Applied Adolescent Sexual Health Awareness
(AASHA) project, where the most innvative concepts proposed were
operationalized as trial interventions in both states.
Talking about sexuality to young people

In 2005, the National Foundation for India supported Ideosync to train six
fied level partners from Biharand Jharkhand in communication fr
devepment, and in developing innovative approaches to discussing
adolescent sexuality with young people. The year-long training process
included an integral monitoring process, with Ideosync trainers closely
